Your Impact

In this role, you'll:

Inspire and mentor educators to deliver rich, play-based learning experiences.

Work hands-on in classrooms, modelling practice and bringing theory to life.

Guide reflective practice and provide non-contact time to plan, collaborate, and innovate.

Champion educational excellence through the NQF, EYLF, and QKLG frameworks.

Partner with the Centre Manager to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.

Lead Quality Improvement Planning and embed reflective, evidence-informed practice.

Build strong partnerships with families and the community, fostering trust and shared learning.

Advocate for children's rights, wellbeing, and inclusion every day.

What You'll Bring

Diploma or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood/ECT).

Current Blue Card/Exemption Card, First Aid (incl. Asthma/Anaphylaxis), CPR, and Child Protection Training.

A deep understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and QKLG—and the ability to make them come alive.

Strong leadership and mentoring skills—you love seeing others succeed.

A warm, collaborative nature and a genuine passion for lifelong learning.
