About the Role

We're currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Disability Support Workers to join our team in Maroochydore and nearby regions.

In this role, you'll support individuals to live their best lives—whether that's in their home, out in the community, or wherever life takes them. It's not just about ticking boxes—it's about helping people thrive, not just survive.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience matters – At least 1 year of relevant experience (lived experience is valued too)
  • Mental health experience? Big plus.
  • Flexible & Responsive – Comfortable with last-minute shifts and dynamic environments
  • Driver's Licence & Reliable Car
  • High level of communication skills
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Valid First Aid & CPR Certificates
  • Cert III in Individual Support (or working towards it)? Even better
  • Current National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
