We are looking for a passionate, qualified and experienced Full-Time Chef specialising in Nepalese Food to work at Chulesi Nepalese Restaurant at Auburn.
We are established and a busy restaurant serving our loyal customers.
Duties include:
- able to manage kitchen operation and cook for inhouse diners and functions.
- able to plan menu's and price menu items
- cooking and preparing entrees, mains, desserts, and other menu items
- follows food safety procedures, occupational health and safety procedures, and maintains hygiene
- training kitchen staff
- communicating management on profit margin, estimating food labour cost, and negotiating with supply orders.
- checking the quality of food items and doing stocktakes
