We are looking for a passionate, qualified and experienced Full-Time Chef specialising in Nepalese Food to work at Chulesi Nepalese Restaurant at Auburn.

We are established and a busy restaurant serving our loyal customers.

Duties include:

  • able to manage kitchen operation and cook for inhouse diners and functions.
  • able to plan menu's and price menu items
  • cooking and preparing entrees, mains, desserts, and other menu items
  • follows food safety procedures, occupational health and safety procedures, and maintains hygiene
  • training kitchen staff
  • communicating management on profit margin, estimating food labour cost, and negotiating with supply orders.
  • checking the quality of food items and doing stocktakes
