Step Into Your Next Chapter:

This role involves on call work, weekend work, after hours care and will be a Sunday to Thursday roster.

Responsibilities include:

  • Liaise with feeder schools across northwest Queensland, ensuring transition programs are implemented to support a smooth transition from community to boarding and within the various stages of schooling such as Junior to Senior campus.
  • Identify opportunities, resolve issues, and improve outcomes for students by leading and managing the short and long-term planning and management of the residential boarding campus.
  • Address in a timely manner any concerns or issues that arise in the residential boarding campus and provide appropriate referrals to support services as necessary.
  • Foster a safe, nurturing and inclusive community for a diverse range of students to enable them to thrive academically, socially, emotionally and culturally.
