About the Role

We are looking for a Kitchen Manager for our bp atBlackall to optimise all aspects of our dining room experience. Who is passionate about creating a team culture that lives and breathes extraordinary customer service while also being driven to deliver fresh food and coffee on the go to our customers.

By joining our team, you will be:

  • Performing day to day kitchen management duties
  • Working closely with the Store Manager to achieve store budgets through planning, rostering, and other cost methods
  • Putting your experience in a dynamic convenience retail, food, grocery or supermarket into practice
  • Bringing a positive and proactive approach to safety, health and wellbeing
  • Helping the team always deliver unbeatable customer experiences, turning transactions into personal customer interactions
  • Promoting a fresh food and coffee culture to your customers
  • Relieving for the Store Manager during periods of leave

Working Hours

This store trades 7 days a week so our customers can stock up on the essentials, grab a hot snack, meal or take a moment to unwind. You'll have the opportunity to work flexible hours, so you can balance all the things you love in life.
