Outside School Hours Care Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for an amazing **OSHC Coordinator**for a maternity leave contract on a **permanent part-time basis**to join our team
**About the role**
In this position, you will coordinate the day-to-day running of the service and management of a team of Educators. You will receive daily support from a dedicated management team, consisting of the Coordinator, Manager-Children’s Services and Educational Leader. You will have a minimum of 4 weeks training with the Coordinator before their departure on leave. The contract will be for a minimum of 7 months, with a possibility for extension.
**As the Coordinator you will assist with**
- Support the Coordinator with a high-quality long-term engaged team
- Ensure compliance with policy
- Undertake administrative requirements
- Work collaboratively with families and the school community
**As the Coordinator you will have**
- Completed (or actively studying) relevant qualifications in Childcare or Teaching (Minimum of Diploma in Children Services/Outside School Hours Care)
- Demonstrated experience in and a passion for providing quality care
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining effective administration and documentation in an early years’ service
- Demonstrated experience working with children with diverse needs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Certificate of Suitability to work with Children and Young People (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain
- NQF knowledge would be advantageous

**Living Faith Outside School Hours Care (OSHC)** is located 5 minutes from Westfield North Lakes on the north side of Brisbane on the Primary School site with a co located Kindergarten.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term
Pay: $27.71 - $40.00 per hour
