The Role:

We're looking for a
Performance Marketing Lead

who's hands-on, curious, and ready to take charge of scaling our paid media growth. You'll lead strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon, and retail media platforms – building frameworks, testing and iterating, and driving measurable growth.

You'll collaborate closely with creative, brand, and eComm teams, making sure our campaigns hit both performance and brand goals. You'll also have the autonomy to shape testing roadmaps, influence budget allocation, and identify new growth opportunities across three very different but equally exciting brands.

Day-to-day, you'll:

  • Lead the strategy, build, and optimisation of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Amazon

  • Partner with creative teams to develop and test ad formats, messaging, and hooks unique to each brand's audience

  • Own budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing to deliver on monthly growth and ROAS goals

  • Analyse results, share insights, and use them to guide decision-making

  • Stay ahead of platform updates, beauty trends, and DTC innovations

  • Explore retail media opportunities (CitrusAd, Cartology, Criteo – nice to have)

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years' experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally in DTC eCommerce or beauty

  • A proven track record scaling across Meta, TikTok, Google, and/or Amazon

  • Strong analytical skills – you know how to interpret data and use it to shape strategy

  • Curiosity for platform mechanics, creative trends, and consumer behaviour

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset – you thrive on ownership and finding ways forward

  • Bonus: experience with retail media or retailer campaign integrations
