About the role:

We are currently recruiting casual dispatch team members for our Pack Shed located in Corindi Beach. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate dispatch of our berry products. The role involves working on a 7 day roster, shifts will be based on the needs of the farm and vary. Flexibility is a must. Local candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and fulfil berry orders for dispatch - please note this is not a berry packing role.
Ensure all orders are accurately labelled and documented.
Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized dispatch area.
Perform quality checks on products before dispatch.
Assist with inventory management and stock control.
About you:

Previous experience in a dispatch or warehouse role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work on a 7-day week roster and shift work as required through season.
Physical ability to lift and move boxes of berries.
Forklift license not necessary but will be useful.
Sound knowledge of computer and technology will be required.
Experience with inventory management software.
Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
Basic knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues with dispatch equipment.

How will I get paid?
You will be paid an hourly rate in accordance with the role you will be undertaking.
Your hourly rate will be determined by the Costa Berries Enterprise Agreement
Weekly pay every Wednesday by Bank transfer
Payslips are emailed at the same time to your nominated email address
Superannuation is paid in line with legislation.
