Leah Justyce Art Gallery

Are you a practicing visual artist who wants to help others discover their creative voice while building a rewarding income stream? Leah Justyce Art Gallery is expanding its Art Mentoring Program for NDIS participants, and we are looking for compassionate and skilled artists to join our team.

What you will do


• Mentor artists with disabilities or who are neurodivergent


• Support participants with developing their style, techniques, and confidence


• Provide one-on-one and small group sessions


• Help guide artists toward exhibiting and selling their work


• Contribute to a community that values creativity, inclusion, and expression

What we are looking for


• Practicing artists with strong creative skills and a genuine passion for helping others


• Friendly, patient communicators who love seeing others succeed


• Experience working with people of all abilities is ideal, though training is available


• ABN is required

What we offer


• $48 per hour per participant


• Groups from 1 to 5 participants per session


• Flexible working arrangements


• Training, support, and professional development
