YOUR NEW OPPORTUNITY

We're always on the lookout for talented and passionate marketing professionals to join our growing Client Services team. We are currently looking for all experience levels from Account Coordinators (1-2 years' experience) through to Account Directors (8+ years' experience).

At Anthem, you'll collaborate with some of the most exciting names in the industry, working across world-class cultural projects and live experiences. You'll play a key role in delivering creative, strategic, and results-driven campaigns that make a real impact.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Depending on your level and experience, you'll:

  • Manage Client Relationships: Build strong partnerships with our clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring seamless, high-quality delivery across campaigns.

  • Plan & Deliver Campaigns: Oversee or support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels — from concept through to completion.

  • Lead Media Strategy & Execution: Contribute to or manage paid and organic media campaigns, analysing performance and optimising for best results.

  • Create & Curate Content: Develop compelling content and messaging across social media, email, and digital platforms, aligned with campaign objectives and brand tone.

  • Analyse & Report: Track campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations that drive continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal creative, media, and strategy teams to ensure campaign cohesion and excellence.

  • Engage with the Industry: Attend events, openings, and launches to represent Anthem and build strong industry relationships.

ABOUT YOU

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • A passion for the arts, entertainment, and live events sector.

  • Experience in marketing, communications, or advertising, whether at an agency, venue, or within the cultural sector.

  • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • A proactive, collaborative approach and an eye for detail.

  • (For senior roles) Proven experience leading client accounts, managing budgets, and mentoring team members.

  • (For entry and mid-level roles) A drive to learn, grow, and contribute to exciting campaigns that bring the arts to life.
