About The Role
We're on the hunt for a bold and imaginative Senior Art Director, someone who lives and breathes creativity and knows how to make ideas shine across every platform, from digital to print and everything in between. You'll be the driving force behind big ideas that connect, inspire, and deliver results.

You'll lead the charge on campaigns from concept to completion, collaborating with our studio manager, creative teams, and production pros to craft cohesive, on-brand, and standout work. From cracking the client brief to presenting polished concepts that wow stakeholders, you'll play a key role at every creative milestone.

This role is a twelve-month parental leave contract.

What You'll Be Doing
Reporting to the GM, you'll take on a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Supervise and lead teams to achieve a successful outcome.
• Provide direction to the creative team by clearly translating marketing objectives, creative strategies, and requirements.
• Interpret briefs and present creative clearly and in a compelling manner to internal teams and client teams.
• Research to better understand brand/project objectives, as well as keep up to date with current trend forecasting and software.
• Support the creative director in driving collaboration within departments across the creative process.

What You Bring
We are looking for someone who:

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Creative or Art Director.
• Creative agency experience is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Leadership qualities, with experience in hiring, managing, and mentoring creative staff and departments.
• Ability to work across multiple projects and channel mixes simultaneously.
• Proven to deliver exceptional experiences to clients, and creative across multiple channel executions; TV, photography, print, social and online.
• High level of attention to detail.

• Attended a client photoshoot, helping shape content ideas in real time.
• Brainstorm fresh ideas with the team, bouncing around creative energy.
• Direct video shoots using motion control robotics.
• Work on pitch decks and alongside customers in defining new creative directions.
• Attended our studio Fashion Show, raising funds for an important charity.
