Roller Operator / Civil Labourers

Location: Jerrys Plains, NSW 2330

Start: ASAP

Pay Rate: $35–$38 per hour + super + allowances + OT

Duration: 4–5 months, with potential for extension

Schedule: Monday to Friday

We are seeking experienced Roller Operators and Civil Labourers to join a civil construction project in Jerrys Plains, NSW. This role offers steady work with the opportunity to contribute to key infrastructure delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Roller operation for civil construction activities
  • Assist with minor formwork tasks
  • Placement of reinforcement (reo) steel
  • Concrete pouring and finishing
  • General site clean-up and manual labour as required

Essential Requirements

  • Current and valid Construction White Card
  • Proven experience operating rollers
  • Previous experience in civil labouring
  • Ability to undertake minor formwork, reo, and concreting work
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Good physical fitness to handle outdoor labour work
  • Strong reliability and work ethic
