Goldspring is a privately owned Australian company with over 30 years of experience in civil, rail, construction, mining, and maintenance. We're proud of our hardworking team and the strong reputation we've built in the industry.

Due to our expanding rail operations, we're looking for skilled and reliable Rail Infrastructure Workers for the following positions:

  • Aluminothermic Rail Welders
  • Rail Labourers

All jobs are based at our Rutherford facility with requirement for paid travel.

What You Need to Join Us – Essential Criteria:

Proven experience and qualifications in your trade or similar role

A Rail Industry Worker (RIW) card (MTA)

A smartphone (for site communication and updates)

Strong focus on safety and understanding of WHS practices

Self-motivated with a great attitude

A team player with solid communication skills

Commitment to quality work


Bonus Points – Preferred but Not Essential:
  • Heavy Vehicle Driver's Licence (HR/ HC)
  • Adjust Rail Qualification
  • Hi-Rail Operator Qualification (TMO/TVO)
  • RII Machinery Tickets (Loader, Dump Truck, Roller, etc.)
  • First Aid Certificate
  • PICS Qualification (Person in charge of stressing)
  • TLI Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure - Core Units
