Are you experienced in the automotive industry and looking for your next big opportunity? We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual with a background as a detailer, spray painter, or mechanic to join our bus and truck dealership.

The current owner is looking to transition into retirement and would ideally like to mentor the right person into a leadership role, with the potential to become a partner or eventually take over the business.

About the Role:

  • Work across different areas of the dealership depending on your skillset (detailing, spray painting, or mechanical work).
  • Assist with preparing vehicles for sale and maintaining high presentation standards.
  • Support workshop operations and contribute to the day-to-day running of the business.
  • Opportunity to step into more responsibility and leadership over time.

What We're Looking For:

  • Hands-on experience in the automotive industry (detailing, spray painting, mechanical, or similar).
  • A genuine passion for vehicles and quality workmanship.
  • Someone reliable, proactive, and interested in long-term career growth.
