The Position

As the Operations Support Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations across our Education and Training sites in the Sunshine Coast region.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong senior administration experience ready to take the next step into leadership.

You'll work closely with the Business Manager and lead a small admin team, ensuring smooth RTO operations and a welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the admin team in daily operations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and student engagement.
  • Ensure client data collection activities, training schedules, and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and support audit preparation.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee site facilities, assets, and event coordination.
  • Support continuous improvement and contribute to strategic goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualifications in Business Administration, Leadership or experience in senior administration and team coordination
  • Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail
  • Experience with databases, CRMs, and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of RTO operations, compliance, and vocational education
  • A positive, inclusive leader who thrives in a dynamic team environment.

Applicants must have a current Driver Licence and have the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
