Zone RV is seeking an exceptional leader to join our executive team as National Sales & Marketing Manager. About The Role
This is a rare opportunity to work directly with our Founder and CEO to shape the national sales strategy for Australia's premium RV market. You'll lead our high-performance sales team while establishing and managing flagship sales locations across the country. With over $100 million in revenue flowing through our integrated digital marketing and sales pipeline, you'll be at the forefront of modern automotive retail.

What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership

  • Lead and develop our national sales team to exceed ambitious targets and KPIs
  • Partner with our CEO and Marketing Partner to develop innovative sales approaches
  • Establish and manage flagship sales locations nationwide
  • Drive sales education and premium product positioning across the marketplace

Customer Excellence

  • Ensure every Zone RV buyer receives "The Summit Experience" - our premium customer journey
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders and dealer networks
  • Represent Zone RV at major industry events and government forums
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies proactively

Commercial Performance

  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior leadership
  • Drive sales meetings, target close plans, and conversion strategies
  • Apply commercial discipline to revenue and profit optimisation through sales
  • Manage pipeline variability with strategic planning and execution

Digital Excellence

  • Leverage our sophisticated digital sales platforms and CRM systems
  • Ensure the sales team is fully empowered by digital tools and processes
  • Support digitally-educated buyers through our integrated online-to-offline sales journey
  • Collaborate with Design & Engineering teams based on customer insights

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience within the adventure, off-road, and/or RV industry
  • 10+ years of proven sales and business development success
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in the caravan/RV sales space
  • Strong hands-on experience with digital sales platforms and CRM systems
  • Exceptional leadership and people management abilities
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Strategic thinking with collaborative approach
  • Commercially minded with attention to detail
  • Digital native mindset with data-driven decision-making
  • Willingness to travel nationally as required
