Senior Business Development Manager

FINSTREET is a fast-growing mortgage management and private credit platform connecting brokers with flexible non-bank lending solutions. Our product suite includes white-label mortgage management products, specialist non-bank loans, and private credit lending.
We are expanding our leadership team and seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive channel growth, deepen broker relationships, and accelerate product adoption across the market.
Role Overview
This is a high-impact role responsible for managing and expanding FINSTREET's broker network. You will lead broker relationship development, acquire new partners, and collaborate closely with our credit team to drive successful loan outcomes. You will play a central part in uplifting our distribution strategy across both mortgage management and private credit products.
Key Responsibilities
Broker Relationship Management
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing brokers and strategic partners
- Act as a senior point of contact for product guidance, credit policy clarification, and scenario support
- Deliver product training, run workshops, and support brokers through the entire loan process
- Increase broker activation, engagement, and utilization of FINSTREET products
Business Development
- Proactively acquire new broker partners, referral networks, and aggregator relationships
- Promote FINSTREET's white-label mortgage management products and private credit lending solutions
- Identify market opportunities and execute strategic growth initiatives
Deal Structuring & Credit Collaboration
- Work closely with the credit team to structure deals, resolve complex scenarios, and support approvals
- Manage the end-to-end deal flow from scenario to settlement
- Provide insights to improve product competitiveness and broker experience
Industry Engagement & Brand Representation
- Represent FINSTREET at industry events, broker conferences, and funder meetings
- Strengthen industry presence and build long-term professional networks
- Actively communicate market feedback and insights to internal teams.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in business development, lending, mortgage broking, or relationship management
- Strong knowledge of non-bank lending, mortgage management, or private credit products
- Proven ability to manage a sales cycle, build relationships, and deliver commercial outcomes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience working with brokers, aggregators, funders, or private lenders
- Self-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable in a fast-growth environment
- Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management (preferred)
