About the Role 

Are you ready to bring stories to life through powerful multimedia? We're looking for an innovative AV Multimedia Producer to join our passionate team. If you thrive on creativity and want your work to inspire audiences across Queensland, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. Use your AV talents to help us create compelling patient stories using emotive documentary-style videos. Produce aeromedical content to feature in interactive Visitor Experience Centers. Collaborate with the social media team to create platform-relevant content to promote First Minutes Matter courses and support a calendar of fundraising events and activities. Develop new AV content ideas to support our business-to-business services showcasing LifeFlights' excellence across aeromedical assets, services, and people.

Working closely with and under the guidance of the Multimedia & Production Manager, you will be able showcase your creative talents & contribute to the growth of our brand in a truly unique industry.

About You

Having established your career in multimedia, you're now ready for an invigorating new challenge with a purpose-driven community organisation. In this rewarding environment, you will collaborate with a passionate, talented team & bring your expertise to the forefront. You'll possess the following skills & attributes:  

• Preferably 5+ years' experience in video creation & production including shooting & editing audiovisual content
• Visual effects knowledge and the ability to create visuals in 2D, 3D, & basic motion graphics
• Understanding of digital and social media content production
• Extensive experience in two camera interview filming & lighting, video direction, & editing
• Thorough working knowledge of Davinci Resolve and Photoshop
• Experience in After Effects/Fusion is desirable but not essential
• Adaptability, initiative, and keen interest in collaboration to build great ideas
• Great communication skills; deadline-driven and solutions-focused
• Comfortable completing administrative tasks of editing, reviewing, & cataloguing of content
• Ability to travel across Queensland, capturing shoots, attending events, & covering exciting new base openings

Salary Packaging Options: As an employee of LifeFlight, you have the opportunity to benefit from salary packaging, allowing you to allocate up to $15,900 per Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) year towards general living expenses.
