You will be responsible for a wide variety of property management tasks including (but not limited to):
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication
Maintenance Management
Arrears Management
Lease Renewal negotiation with clients
Exit condition reports
Compliance Management
Delivering exceptional customer service;
Plenty of support staff (Leasing Agents, Shared Assistant PM's, Trust Accounting Manager, Remote Professionals)
Requirements:
- Must have minimum 3years experience
- Experience with Ailo desirable
- QLD Real Estate License
- Valid Driver's License
- Great attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and organizational skill
- Fluent in Mandarin with high English comprehension and speaking
- Ability to translate English to Mandarin and vice versa
