About the role

This dynamic role offers an experienced financial accountant with a commercial mindset the opportunity to provide exceptional financial management and strategic support to our rapidly growing organisation. You will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, robust cash flow management, and precise stock management across our Product, Wholesale and Logistics divisions.

You will deliver comprehensive, end-to-end finance support to operational teams, encompassing month-end, strategic budgeting, and forecasting. Key duties include providing commercial insights to leadership, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and cost allocation, and developing internal controls to ensure financial reporting compliance with AASB standards.

We are seeking a proactive and positive individual with strong technical accounting acumen and keen commercial insight. The ideal candidate will be capable of communicating complex financial information effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. This role is crucial in supporting the continued growth and innovation within our wholesale functions and contributing significantly to the overall success of the company. You will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact and develop professionally within a supportive and challenging environment. You will have the opportunity for leadership training through our Leadership Academy with potential to progress into a Finance Manager role.
