The Company
Make a real impact in a business that's scaling fast — and do it from one of regional Australia's most liveable locations.
This is an opportunity to join a high-growth Australian business as Chief Operations Officer, leading innovation and operational excellence from the ground up.
A hands-on role with real purpose, impact, and the chance to shape the future of a company built on values, teamwork, and ambition.
The Opportunity
As COO, you'll own the engine room — manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and dispatch.
Your mission? Scale production, lift efficiency, embed smart systems, and lead an engaged team who love what they do. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, making things happen every single day.
What You'll Bring:
- A track record of leading manufacturing operations and supply chain transformation.
- Sharp commercial instincts — you know how to balance growth, cost, and performance.
- Experience in lean, automation, and modern manufacturing practices.
- ERP expertise (SAP or NetSuite is a plus).
- A leadership style that's visible, energising, and focused on people.
Your Profile
You're a visible, energetic leader who inspires others to perform at their best. You thrive on solving complex problems, making things happen, and seeing tangible results. Integrity, collaboration, and innovation guide how you operate. You're excited by challenge, motivated by growth, and ready to leave a lasting legacy in a high-performing, future-focused organisation.
Why Join?
- Big growth. Big impact. Step into a COO role where your leadership will shape the future of an Australian manufacturing success story.
- This is more than operations — it's about scaling innovation, building teams, and driving transformation in a business on the rise.
- Ready to lead from the front? Take on a COO role with real influence, visibility, and the chance to make things happen.
