Job Description

As the Supervisor / Store Manager, you will take ownership of the general running of the restaurant, elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable, develop the team through coaching and training opportunities and manage inventory and the financial aspect of the restaurant. You will be in control of, and have accountability for overall quality, adherence to procedures and financial performance of the restaurant.

  • Experience leading a team within a busy, high volume hospitality environment
  • Experience delivering exceptional customer service
  • Great attitude and desire to perform and lead your team
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Prior experience with achieving KPIs and driving profitability

  • You will form a critical element of the Nautical Bowls team and where possible, we would support the successful candidate into store ownership one day
