Join one of Melbourne's premium hospitality venues, Ocean 12, located in Melbourne's Crown Entertainment Complex. Ocean 12 is redefining Melbourne nightlife luxury. We pride ourselves on impeccable service and are dedicated to creating unique experiences for our patrons.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE
We are on the hunt for Casual Food and Beverage attendants who have an intimate understanding of how to deliver impeccable and attentive table service. The positions available are for 10-15 hours per week, predominantly on Friday and Saturdays. The successful applicants will be working on Ocean 12's spectacular rooftop terrace, that overlooks stunning city skyline views and Southbank Prominade. The applicant would ideally be well versed in Food, Cocktails, Whiskey, Wine and Mocktails, however training will be provided. To be successful in this application you will:
• Have an ambitious and positive attitude who works well with team members
• Have a service focused attitude, with a talent for delivering impeccable table service
• Experience in RSA and liquor compliance in Victoria
• Be supremely organised
• Be prepared to work Friday and Saturdays
• Impeccably presented with excellent personal hygiene
• Hold a current and updated (refreshed) RSA
