We're a busy, community-focused butcher shop looking for a qualified butcher to join our growing team. With a modern refit, above-award wages, and a great customer base, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craft.

What you'll be doing:

  • Breaking, slicing, and preparing a wide range of beef, lamb, pork, and chicken
  • Serving customers and maintaining high standards of service
  • Preparing value-added products (sausages, marinated meats, smallgoods)
  • Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and workplace standards
  • Working as part of a close-knit team

About you:

  • Trade-qualified butcher (minimum 2 years' experience preferred)
  • Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
  • Passionate about quality meat and great customer service
  • Able to work independently and keep a clean, safe workspace

Pay: Above award wages (based on experience)
