What We're Looking For

We're seeking motivated and reliable people with:

  • Proven butcher or meat retail experience (minimum 2 years required)
  • Strong customer service skills and friendly communication
  • A professional attitude and pride in presentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle manual tasks
  • Flexibility to work across early mornings, late finishes, and weekends
  • A strong work ethic and team-first approach
  • Legal right to work in Australia

Applicants must also be available to work every second weekend on a flexible roster.

Typical Working Hours

Between 5:00 AM and 7:30 PM

(Shift times may vary depending on store needs.)

Pay & Conditions

  • Hourly rates for adult permanent team members: $35 – $40 (based on experience)
  • Casual and junior rates apply in line with the Retail Award
  • Negotiable rates for superstar candidates
