What you'll be doing

  • Cutting, trimming, and preparing a variety of fresh meat products to meet customer orders
  • Maintaining stock levels and ensuring the butchery is well-stocked and organised
  • Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service, offering advice and recommendations
  • Ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are upheld

What we're looking for

  • Formal butchery qualifications or equivalent demonstrable experience
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing high-quality products
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
