About the role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi Drop Courier Driver to join our team at Ingham Travel Agency. This is a casual role based in Ingham, QLD 4850. As a Multi Drop Courier Driver, you will be responsible for the efficient and timely delivery of packages and parcels across the local area.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collecting and delivering packages and parcels on your allocated route in a timely and professional manner
  2. Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all deliveries
  3. Ensuring the safe handling and transportation of all items
  4. Providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the delivery process
  5. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
  6. Assisting with other courier duties as required

What we're looking for

  1. A valid driver's licence and previous experience as a courier or delivery driver
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills
  3. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
  4. The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights
  6. Knowledge of the local area and strong navigation skills
