Artessa Home Apparel is currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Data entry & Office Administrator to join our tight knit-team.
We are a family owned and operated business specialising in the production of wholesale window furnishings such as blinds, curtains, plantation shutters and security screens.
As a first point of contact for the business, your role will include greeting customers, building rapport with retailers, managing calendars for sales representatives as well as various administrative duties outlined below.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Communication and liaison with customers and retailers including answering phones and responding to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Working with the Installations team to facilitate check measures and installations for customers
- Data entry of new orders and quotes
- Managing of the customer b2b portal
- Bank reconciliation and invoicing
- Carry out other administration functions as directed by your Manager
The ideal candidate:
- Highly developed time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively as part of the team
- High level of customer service, verbal and written communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and customers.
- Previous experience in administration or reception would be beneficial and experience in the blinds industry, even more so.
- A positive attitude
