Full Job Description

Harvey Norman Commercial Division specialises in the supply of
goods & services to project builders, developers, architects and the
mining industry. Our clients depend upon Harvey Norman Commercial to
supply the best range, the best service and the best prices.

Harvey Norman Commercial Division are seeking a Full Time Data Entry Clerk to provide accounts support to the Stapylton team.

Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming client purchase orders
  • Support accounts payable staff
  • High volume data entry into POS and CRM systems
  • Relief for reception
  • Working with coordinators and accounts manager

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive can do attitude
  • An ability to pick up processes and systems efficiently
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload
  • Basic Microsoft and outlook knowledge
  • Efficient typing ability
  • A strong attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask
