About the Role
We're on the lookout for a Sales guru to join our team who understands that every interaction can make a real difference in a person's life. This person will become an integral part of a team where you'll genuinely connect with meaningful work, celebrate successes, and unlock valuable networking opportunities. You will engage with new and existing clients across the accessible housing sector to grow the reach, revenue and reputation of Housing Hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake research into the accessible housing market and the needs of housing providers.
- Undertake prospecting activities daily to build the sales pipeline and secure new income across all products and services to meet targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships and networks to drive revenue generation.
- Respond to enquiries for the Housing Hub, providing prompt, polite and professional service to every customer in every interaction, aligning with the brand voice and tone.
- Meet with customers via phone, online or in person to present information on our products, answer questions and convert leads and prospects into sales.
- Attend various in person engagement events such as conferences, expos and other networking opportunities that align with Housing Hubs revenue generation objectives.
- Effectively use the Housing Hub CRM (Salesforce)
- Meet monthly KPIs for business development activity, focusing on revenue and conversion metrics
About You
We're looking for a teammate who will stand by our values and bring them to life. Someone with a passion for community, extensive sales experience and purpose in your DNA.
You bring:
- Relevant qualification in business development, business, digital marketing, or marketing.
- Demonstrated sales experience in a past role where your KPIs were consistently achieved to meet annual revenue targets for self and team.
- Experience in defining prospecting activities, planning and delivering these to develop new leads.
- Experience identifying key prospects, reaching out cold and developing relationships that deliver on targets.
- Has own approach to sales that has seen success in each step of the process - prospecting, nurturing, converting and post-sales.
- Experience using CRM for tracking and enhancing all sales activities. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to connect with people, listen and understand their challenges, and respond at the time with ways to solve their problems
