We provide person-centred and holistic support services tailored to assist participants to live safely and comfortably at home by building capacity and giving them choice and control.

What we offer

  • Above award salary starting from $98k + super based on experience
  • In house Supervision provided by our 2x Snr OTs ( with 10 years' experience)
  • Paid for External Supervision
  • 67% KPI Case load based on your individual skill set
  • FT Role Monday to Friday business hours ( no after hours, public holidays or weekends)
  • Working hours 8:30-4:30

What we are looking for

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA with at least 2 years experience
  • Experience in CHSP, Paediatric, NDIS, ACAT or Mental Health preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in at least two areas of CHSP, Paediatric, NDIS, ACAT or Mental Health services
  • Experience with outcome measures: ADL assessments, Functional Capacity Assessments, Who-DAS, Low Vision Assessment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Drivers licence
  • COVID-19 vaccinations (2 doses minimum).
  • Australian work rights required for this position
