Key Responsibilities
- Academic Leadership
- Develop, implement, and monitor the curriculum and training plans.
- Ensure compliance with relevant education standards (e.g., ASQA RTO Standards, CRICOS, ELICOS).
- Oversee timetabling, course delivery, and assessment integrity.
- Quality Assurance
- Monitor teaching performance, student outcomes, and feedback.
- Conduct audits, moderation, and continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain academic policies and ensure they align with government requirements.
- Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise teachers and trainers.
- Provide professional development and performance reviews.
- Allocate teaching loads and ensure adequate coverage of all programs.
- Student Support & Engagement
- Oversee student orientation, academic counselling, and progression.
- Resolve academic issues and complaints.
- Ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare reports for senior management and regulators.
- Ensure correct use of student management systems (e.g., PRISMS).
- Keep accurate records of attendance, results, and course completion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
