Key Responsibilities

  • Academic Leadership
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the curriculum and training plans.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant education standards (e.g., ASQA RTO Standards, CRICOS, ELICOS).
  • Oversee timetabling, course delivery, and assessment integrity.
  • Quality Assurance
  • Monitor teaching performance, student outcomes, and feedback.
  • Conduct audits, moderation, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Maintain academic policies and ensure they align with government requirements.
  • Staff Management
  • Recruit, train, and supervise teachers and trainers.
  • Provide professional development and performance reviews.
  • Allocate teaching loads and ensure adequate coverage of all programs.
  • Student Support & Engagement
  • Oversee student orientation, academic counselling, and progression.
  • Resolve academic issues and complaints.
  • Ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare reports for senior management and regulators.
  • Ensure correct use of student management systems (e.g., PRISMS).
  • Keep accurate records of attendance, results, and course completion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
