Principle Responsibility:
An Administration staff member is responsible for the administrative activities associated with Queensland Fertility Group Patient Support Services.
Administration staff ensure patients receive the highest standard of customer service, including in particular, the prompt and courteous communication (whether by telephone, face to face, or written) of accurate information whilst remaining non-judgmental and always maintaining strict patient confidentiality.
An Administration staff member will commit to a strong team working environment where workloads and shift coverage are equitably distributed and all staff are encouraged to exercise initiative, support strong functional relationships and open communication.
Administration staff provide the highest level of administrative support to any other department associated with the treatment of patients.
Skills & Experience
Obstetrics / Gynaecology / Fertility experience would be advantageous. Experience with Genie, Gentu or a similar software program is desirable.
Applicants also require:
- o Knowledge of IVF (desirable)
o A high level of organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent customer service skills.
o High level of written and verbal communication skills.
High level of computer literacy.
