The Role

As the Senior Tenancy Bonds Officer, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for processing tenancy bond transactions.

  • Approving transactions processed by other officers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintaining accurate information in the Bonds Management System.
  • Supporting improvements to procedures and work practices.
  • Performing compliance checks.
  • Providing clear information to clients and seek outstanding details when required.
