Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Administrator to support our advisers and deliver outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling client calls and emails professionally and promptly
  • Communicating proactively with clients regarding advice implementation and service requests
  • Communication with product providers on the adviser's behalf
  • Adviser diary management
  • Quality checking documents prepared by other team members ahead of client meetings
  • Select and schedule social media activities, including the monthly newsletter
  • Manage our shared inbox
  • Ensuring compliance with company, licensee, and legislative requirements
  • Maintaining accurate client records and database management
  • Project support work as directed by the Practice Manager
  • Other ad-hoc duties as directed
Skill and Experience (Qualifications)
  • A genuine and personalised approach to customer service
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills
  • Previous experience in an administration role
