**Job Description**:
Join Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort as a full-time Front Office Supervisor.

**Salary**: $62,133.50 per year + Super + Company Benefits

**About the role**:

- Guide & support the team in providing outstanding guest welcoming and experiences
- Act as a role model, sharing your expertise and continually inspiring the team
- Ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Conduct guest arrivals and departures
- Resolve & respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner

**Qualifications**:

- Previous Front Office experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude

Study for free and receive $1000*

Oaks Hotels will support you obtain a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Hospitality whilst you work with us.
- Receive a nationally recognised certificate
- Attend training during work hours
- Network with team members across hotels
- On completion, you will receive $1000 AUD
