As our new Service Manager – Community Access Youth Services, you'll lead a passionate team to deliver innovative programs and person-centred services for children and young people and open doors to new opportunities for young people with disability—whether that's learning a new skill, joining a community event, or achieving a personal goal.

About The Role
You'll oversee a team of Support Workers, delivering high-quality, person-centred programs and services. Your work will focus on community access, youth programs, recreation, and skills-based activities, helping clients build confidence, independence, and social connections. You will also be tasked to create presence in the local community to promote growth through key relationships and expand our Youth services to Northern Sydney.

In This Role, You Will
Build and maintain strong relationships with families, key stakeholders, and community partners.

Grow and expand NDIS-funded youth services.

Ensure NDIS compliance and quality standards are met.

Manage staff rosters, approve timesheets, and oversee team performance.

Lead incident management and resolution processes.

What You'll Bring
Experience managing a team in youth disability services

Proven ability to grow services, maintain compliance, and manage budgets.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Minimum Cert IV in Community Services (Disability) or related qualification.

Current First Aid certificate, Driver's licence, Working with Children Check, and National Police Check
