We are looking for a full time Customer Experience Support Coordinator to join our team at our HQ in Carrara. You will be the first point of contact for our busy Customer Experience Team, responsible for responding to and solving customer enquiries over the phone, in person, via email and online.

What you will be doing:

  • Work to ensure a consistent ABI Interiors' customer experience across all touch points.
  • Responding to and solving customer enquiries over the phone, in person, and via email, online, or social media.
  • Input customer information to maintain strong data capture.
  • Complete daily caseloads to a high standard.
  • Proactive and professional collaboration with all customers, teams, and departments.
  • Assist with confirming and communicating ABI delivery services
  • Available to assist other team members and stakeholders with all customer service-related inquiries.
  • Available to work over 7 days in various locations where required to maximise the ABI Interiors experience.

About you:

  • Able to work a flexible schedule and varying hours as required between 7:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. Must be available to work some Saturdays.
  • Driven by a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Possess a confident, friendly, and patient phone demeanour.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and finding effective solutions.
  • Proficient with computer systems, including Apple software and multitasking across various programs.
  • Experience with Salesforce, RingDNA, or WooCommerce is highly regarded.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Eager to learn and grow professionally.
