Clinical Specialist - Surgical Robot/Urology - Sydney, NSW
Position Overview:
As a Clinical Specialist for Surgical Robotics/Urology, you will play a critical role in supporting the integration and utilization of our robotic surgical systems in a clinical setting. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with surgeons, clinical staff, and internal teams to support the integration, training, and ongoing utilization of our technology in surgical environments. Your expertise will help drive clinical excellence, ensuring optimal outcomes and a seamless experience for healthcare providers and patients alike.

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Training:
- Provide comprehensive training to surgeons, operating room staff, and other healthcare professionals on the proper use of our surgical robotic systems.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure proficiency and competency in utilizing the technology.
Clinical Support:
- Collaborate with healthcare institutions and surgical teams to facilitate the successful integration into clinical practice.
- Offer on-site support during surgical procedures to address technical issues and ensure optimal system performance.
Educational Support:
- Conduct educational programs, workshops, and presentations to increase awareness and understanding of our solutions within the medical community.
- Participate in industry conferences and events to showcase our technology and share clinical insights.
Clinical Research Collaboration:
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to facilitate clinical research projects and studies using our robotic systems.
- Provide expertise and support in data collection, analysis, and publication of clinical outcomes.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, surgeons, and clinical teams to understand their needs and gather feedback.
- Act as a liaison between the company and the healthcare community to ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Improvement Feedback:
- Collect and communicate feedback from clinical users to the product development team, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, Allied Health, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Previous experience with robotic surgical systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a healthcare or operating room environment.
