Arcomed Pty Ltd (ANZ), an industry leader in infusion technology for healthcare, is looking for a full-time Regional Account Manager to join our dedicate sales team. Responsibilities include marketing our extensive range of infusion pumps, IV-consumables, infusion accessories, and digital health solutions to healthcare providers.

With the support from our global head office in Switzerland, our company is experiencing significant growth in our region which is expected to continue in the foreseeable future.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guide strategic account planning and ensure strong customer relationships, engagement, and retention across the QLD and NT regions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain partnerships with key senior stakeholders expand Arcomed's reach.
  • Territory planning, structured calling systems, direct selling to HealthCare personnel.
  • Developing new business, market research, organising trials of new products.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, track sales performance and report on market trends.
  • Conducting trials & demos of capital equipment
  • Supporting existing and new clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Nursing degree or equivalent qualifications.
  • 5 - 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Working knowledge of infusion pumps, troubleshooting skills and high-level engagement with clinicians infusion.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel.

DUTIES

  • Extend after sales support of clinical products.
  • Exhibit product expertise during customer support and clinical training.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve problems and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Organise and deliver training through workshops, forums and seminars.
  • Help troubleshoot to determine nature of clinical equipment issues.
  • Company Lead for support and development of medication libraries.
  • Conduct medication library training to customers (e.g. Pharmacy) and internal staff as required.
  • Coordinate with Service department teams for training sessions at customer installation site.
  • Engage to develop customer training tools relevant input for future products and services.
  • Communicate customer information and problems as well as opportunities to technical, customer and marketing support teams.
  • Provide feedback/escalate to arcomed AG (Switzerland) concerning product performance anomalies encountered in the field, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide support at conventions, trade shows and customer trials.
