JOB ROLE…

We are looking for a motivated, passionate & experienced Project Manager to join our enthusiastic team. This is a full time position where you will be required work hand in hand with our clients to nurture a flawless project planning experience, whilst meeting time & budget constraints.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES…

  • Effective relationship management with all stakeholders including prospective and existing clients, suppliers, staff, contractors and others
  • Obtain and negotiate subcontractor / supplier quotes
  • Manage all aspects of the project from inception to completion including implementation and driving of project timelines
  • Complete projects within time & budget constraints
  • Manage any changes to scope, project variations and defects
  • Manage all OH&S issues
  • Provide effective direction & leadership to all direct reports and site staff
  • Conduct site visits as required to ensure smooth and efficient project completion

PRE REQUISITS…

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Retail and Commercial Project Management
  • Project estimating experience essential
  • Commitment to delivering client satisfaction
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills/Outstanding attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Detailed understanding of Australian Building Standards
  • Commitment to OH&S practices and standards
  • Strong time management & prioritising skills
