What will you be doing?
Engineering, design, and innovation are at the core of Minelab's sustained global success.
The role of Project Manager will report to the Programme Manager and will be responsible for coordinating and prioritising project activities from different engineering disciplines while managing risk, schedule and budget. Our projects give you the opportunity to nurture products from basic requirements through to manufacturing and shipping. We have great teams that provide expertise, but we need someone to help bring all of this together and enhance the project capability of our development programs.
As a key member of the project delivery team, you must be able to:
- Lead and manage teams of dynamic engineers to deliver complex technical products
- Work on multiple tasks concurrently with minimal supervision
- Identify project risks, executing mitigations with appropriate planning
- Liaise with stakeholders to communicate the project aims and outcome status
- Maintain time, cost, and performance schedules
- Produce regular status reports, monthly reports, and milestone reviews

To be successful in your application you will be tertiary qualified within a mechatronic, electronic, or mechanical discipline and have demonstrated experience in the delivery of complex manufacturing projects.
We are seeking a highly committed, results orientated professional with high level interpersonal and communication skills, who is self-motivated with a proven track record of delivery with a project engineering environment.
