Architectural Designer – Multi-Residential / Mixed Use (DA Focus)

We're looking for an architectural designer to work directly with our Directors on early concept design and DA delivery for major multi-residential and mixed-use projects. You must be able to think spatially, sketch ideas, test options fast, and then convert them into resolved DA-level work.

What You'll Do

  • Contribute to concept design: form, massing, façade ideas, spatial logic
  • Develop apartment layouts & planning options
  • Shape façades and design details
  • Prepare solar access & shadow studies
  • Test ADG compliance (min sizes, cross-vent, separation, solar etc)
  • Produce DA-level drawings + schedules (Revit)
  • Translate hand sketches into functional design quickly

What You MUST Have

  • 5+ years Australian experience on multi-residential or mixed-use DA submissions
  • Strong understanding of the ADG and applying it in real projects
  • Excellent Revit skills
  • Ability to design independently and problem-solve
  • Solid understanding of construction + façade logic
