Role Overview

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in credit assessment and has a genuine interest in supporting the development of others. • Evaluate client circumstances and recommend both the appropriate lender and lending structure tailored to their financial position.
  • Engage with clients to gain a full understanding of their needs and provide mortgage strategies that align with their long-term goals.
  • Work closely with lending partners to negotiate loan terms, secure competitive rates, and ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Offer end-to-end support throughout the loan process, including communicating timelines, document requirements, and approval stages.
  • Remain well-informed on lender policies, industry regulations, and compliance requirements to maintain high-quality advice and service.
  • Keep abreast of changes in lending markets, economic trends, and relevant developments affecting self-employed and complex borrowers.
  • Contribute to internal team development by assisting in the creation of credit training materials and offering support to newer or less experienced staff members.

What We're Looking For

  • Background in mortgage credit, small business banking, or home lending, with hands-on experience supporting self-employed clients.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is highly desirable.
  • Strong working knowledge of credit policy, loan structuring, and lending principles.
