Construction Manager – Residential (Pools & Landscaping)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join a reputable residential construction company specialising in swimming pools and landscaping projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a skilled team and oversee the successful delivery of high-quality, bespoke residential projects.

About the Role:

  • Manage end-to-end construction of residential swimming pool and landscaping projects
  • Lead and mentor site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and client relationships
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in swimming pool construction and landscaping
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
