About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Coordinator to join our Enabling Services Group within Strategic Assets and Property Planning. This role is pivotal in managing and coordinating business and support services to ensure smooth operations and delivery of strategic initiatives.
As the Business Coordinator, you will:
- Provide high-level executive support to the Director, acting as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate administrative and business services including correspondence, reports, HR processes, purchasing, and travel arrangements.
- Manage complex and sensitive enquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
- Plan and facilitate meetings, forums, and engagement activities.
- Project coordination and secretariat support for key initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
About You
You are a motivated professional with strong organisational and communication skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate:
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in technology and business systems, with sound financial and project coordination skills.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in providing executive and business support services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver results within tight timeframes.
