The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in mining to lead and deliver an upcoming project on site. This role will oversee the full project lifecycle from scope development and planning through to execution, commissioning and close-out — ensuring safety, cost, quality, and schedule targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple mining infrastructure and operational projects simultaneously
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and detailed execution plans
  • Oversee contractor engagement, tendering, evaluation, and contract management
  • Ensure strict compliance with site safety, environmental standards, and governance frameworks
  • Coordinate engineering, construction, operations, maintenance, and external stakeholder groups
  • Prepare and present project status reports, forecasts, and risk assessments to senior stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and value optimisation across project delivery

About you

  • 3+ years experience in mine project management
  • Solid experience in underground mining
  • Apply effective contract management to ensure operations are executed in line with contract and clients requirements
  • Proven success managing and coordinating large scale multifunctional teams;
  • Preferably a qualified Mining Engineer but not mandatory
