Gaming Host/supervisor

**About the position**

**4-DAY WORK WEEK**

Our Gaming team play an important part to our Club operations. As the Gaming Host/Supervisor you will be responsible for staff supervision and overall day-to-day operations of the gaming floor at Wests New Lambton. The key focus of the Gaming Host is to provide extraordinary customer service and exceptional experiences to our valued members and guests whilst also leading the Gaming team. Fundamental accountabilities include;-
Provide extraordinary customer service to our members and guests
-Gaming machine service, reset payout jackpot wins
-Drink orders and delivery to machines
-Facilitate training to new staff
-Provide training and mentoring to develop team members in the Gaming role
-Promote positive and supportive team culture
-Ensure compliance to Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, OLGR Regulations and Gaming Machine Act.
-A proven ability to resolve gaming disputes & complaints for e.g. stolen tickets
-Operation of Tab and Keno terminals
-Cleaning of work station and equipment
-Operation of tills and cash handling
-Collect glasses from the floor and return to bar areas for cleaning

This Full-Time opportunity will require availability across a 7-day rotating roster (4-Day working week on a rotation). As this position is key during peak periods for our venues, shifts are rostered across full operational hours of our gaming floor. Gaming operations run from 9am through to early hours of the morning.**Certifications**
