The Role

  • Own your territory and build lasting client relationships through trusted referral networks
  • Proactively generate new business and deliver tailored home lending solutions
  • Manage the entire lending process, ensuring a seamless experience from application to settlement
  • Benefit from strong leadership support while running your own book with real independence

About You

  • Experienced lender with a proven track record in home lending and business development
  • Background in Premier, Business, Mobile Lending, or as a Principal Broker ready to step into a bank environment
  • Confident handling deals end-to-end with a customer-first approach
  • Familiarity with in-house proprietary lending is highly desirable
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and passionate about growing your book and career
