As a Sales Merchandiser, you will call on key stores in Western Sydney & ideally be located in Parramatta. The successful applicant will report to the NSW State Manager.  Key responsibilities include:

  • Replenishment of shelves and merchandising
  • Restock off-location displays
  • Foster and maintain effective relationships with key team members
  • Develop a rapport with customers and assist with upselling
  • Erect promotional displays
  • Competitor activity tracking
  • Identify new sales opportunities
  • Communicate daily with State Manager
  • Product ordering for off locations

Position Requirements:

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to plan and organise
  • Proactive in building strong relationships with a focus on effective communication with all team members
  • Strong focus on merchandising standards
  • Intermediate IT skills
  • Accomplished relationship building and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment
  • A current driver's licence
  • Flexibility is important
  • Some heavy lifting required
